        Summerlin - Las Vegas Nevada
    Welcome to Summerlin
    America's best selling master-planned community
    Entrance to Summerlin
Located just 12 minutes from downtown Las Vegas, Summerlin is the nation's top-selling master-planned community. It sits on the western rim of the Las Vegas Valley, against the dramatic Spring Mountain Range. The Howard Hughes Corporation has drawn on the best thinking in urban planning and design to create a master plan which integrates residential properties, recreational facilities, schools, office parks, retail centers, medical facilities, and cultural and civic centers. There is, quite simply, nothing else like it.

The master plan revolves around the concept of distinct villages which are grouped around a Town Center. Each village has its own "personality" and design integrity, and differs from other villages in size, housing type and design, density, price and amenities. However, even though the community is separated into these villages, all Summerlin residents have access to the spectrum of community amenities.

Within Summerlin, you can find a wide variety of home styles and sizes, priced from the mid-$80,000 to over $1 million. Currently, there are over 230 model homes available for your inspection, with more being added almost daily. You can choose from entry-level homes, luxury single-family homes, or elegant townhomes and condominiums. If you choose to rent, Summerlin also offers luxury apartment neighborhoods. Finally, for the ultimate in affluent living, there are several guard-gated, golf-course neighborhoods, with lots priced from $90,000 to $300,000 and custom homes in the $500,000 to $1 million range.

To find more information on any of the villages, please select a link below. Within each section, we have compiled information on real estate, schools, parks, shopping, churches, golf, and all other amenities which make that village unique. To help you locate information on shared services such as hospitals and libraries, or to locate amenities by subject rather than village location (all parks, all schools, etc.) please check our Summerlin community index page.
